The Right Team
We are a management team comprising 4 partners; Roger Hornett, an ex City man looks after the finances and keeps an eye on overall business development, whilst Jeremy Masters has 15 years plus of restaurant and client management under his belt.

Our executive head chef, Paul Curry is classically trained and brings a Mediterranean influence to our food with 10 years catering at the high end. He has enjoyed the privilege of catering for Her Majesty the Queen. James Yallop, our General Manager, has a passion for food and service at the highest level which will ensure your experience is a memorable one.

We are privileged to employ two additional event managers and a team of 20 restaurant staff complemented by a pool of approximately 50 casual staff working for the outside catering division.

Chairman - 30 years management experience. Enjoys nothing better than to serve and chat in the restaurant.

Jeremy Masters

Director - Client liason is his speciality. There are very few people he doesn't know in the area.

Paul Curry

Director - Favours traditional fayre and would be pleased to design a menu for you.

James Yallop

Director - When it comes to organisation he's our man and yours.
